A True Story

When I bought SINA at $1.50 on April 10, 2001, my target price is $10.00. At that moment, few people believe that SINA can reach $5.00.
On Jan 2003, SINA reached $10.00, but soon it dropped to $7.00 due to profit taken. I wrote one article “Trend is your friend!” (See SINA Message Board, Message 8639)
I sold SINA at price $12.5 on May 13, 2003, since it reached my price target. However, I did not realize that SINA could reach $40.00 just 4 months later.

Now, let us talk about CMGI. Currently my long term CMGI target is $10.00.
CMGI Stochastic Oscillator indicates it is the time to Strong Buy.

If you look at CMGI’s Stochastic Oscillator chart, you will find that no matter from fast Stochastic Oscillator chart, or from slow Stochastic Oscillator chart, the reading is far below 20%. It means CMGI is over sold.

If you look at fast Stochastic Oscillator chart, you can even see that %K line is crossing %D line, which means STRONG BUY!

CMGI currently is in the trading range (or consolidation period). This trading range period might be lasting one or two months. After then, a perfect Cup & Handler chart will be formed. A Cup with Handle chart pattern usually indicates that a breakout is pretty soon. For CMGI, when the Cup with Handle chart breakout, it might be at least $5.00 or higher.

For Conquering the Next Disaster in the World

For conquering the disaster, such as earthquake, tsunami, blood is very important. In many critical time, e.g. surgery, war, blood means life. Hence, people start to seek for blood substitute. If human can produce a blood substitute that will end blood shortages and be free of viruses, it will be a great progress in the human history.

Currently there are three potential winners in USA biotech industry. Northfield Laboratories Inc. in Evanston, Ill., became the first company to file for Food & Drug Administration approval. Its product, PolyHeme, is derived from human blood. A second company, Biopure Corp. (BPUR) in Cambridge, Mass., said it will file for approval of Hemopure, derived from cow's blood, by the end of the year. And Alliance Pharmaceutical Corp. (ALLP) in San Diego is in the late stages of testing a chemical blood substitute, Oxygent. These products, though different in makeup, have similar crucial attributes: They are compatible with any blood type and stay fresh for a year or more.

According to Nightly Business Report TV program:
The Japanese government has invested $35 million in this type project.

For conquering the next disaster in the world, people believe that US Government should support (include financial supports) those three potential winners in USA biotech industry.

It is the time to unite

If you stand at a place, where is far away from the Ball of the Earth, you will find that the differences between Bush and Kerry are very minor. They all want to improve Education System; they all support Freedom; they all support Democracy; they all understand how important on protecting the private ownership and people’s privacy; they all fight against terrorism, they all want a peaceful world, they all want to fight against Fraud and Corruption; they all support TAX cut; they are all bright political stars. Democracy is amazing. People resolve their different political opinions by debate and vote, instead of gunfire and wars. USA is still one of the best examples of Democracy System. According to many analysts’ conclusion, no matter who win the election, after the election, US stock market will go up. This week’s market performance has proved the above conclusion.

Now the election is over. The political instability is gone. It is the time to unite the entire United States.

A United USA, A United Korea in a No-Nuclear-Weapon peninsula, A United China, A United Germany, A United Europe, A United and peaceful Middle East and Africa, A United World under the leadership of United Nation, will promote the people of the world march towards to a more Bright and Prospective Future.

To our graduated fellow friends

No matter you are graduated from High Schools, Colleges, or Graduated Schools, this message is contributed for you.

First let us congratulation to your graduation. This is one of your education milestones. Your achievements are admirable. However, the more important point is that your graduation is just a new starting point of your next level education. We should never stop studying!

Once upon a time, KongZi (Confucius) said: "Any time when three persons walking together, there are at least one person can be my teacher." That means we should learn from anyone, no matter he/she is elder than us or younger than us; no matter his/her position is higher than us or lower than us, as long as he/she has a better knowledge in some special area, we should learn from him/her.

The power of examples is infinity.
You have seen a Nobel Peace Award winner keep practicing Foreign Affair Skills in his Cuba trip;
You have seen the Flying Boy keep practicing parachute jumping even when he celebrating his 80th birthday;
You have seen a Saxophone Performer keep practicing writing book “My Life” and building the historic Library;
You have heard a voice “I hear you!” from the Man of 2004; he is eager to listen (or learn) from everyone, not only Republican, but, also Democrats and Political Independents.

From the above examples, we have learned that every one, including our graduated fellow friends, should keep studying through his/her entire life.

The latest technologies, including Advanced On-Line Education System, provide to our graduated fellow friends a better way to continue their further studies. Many famous colleges and universities in the world use Blackboard/WebCT Vista/Academic Suite to build their Advanced On-Line Education System. Lets hope our graduated fellow friends have new great achievements on the continuing studies in the coming new year!
